The beauty of mastery;

The impatient can’t rush it. The wealthy can’t buy it. The entitled can’t have it. You’ve got to work for it but when you work for it, it’s yours for life

About my programs.

My programming is designed to bring you back to YOU.   Perfection is so BORING.  I’ve created M&F for women like you to rediscover what you enjoy about healthy living.  This is not a one-size fits all approach.  This is about you and your journey. What forms of exercise do you most enjoy?   What foods provide you with the most energy while leaving you feeling satisfied?   What myths or misconceptions do you have about what it takes to lead a healthy lifestyle?

I see you Queen.  Working hard and doing your best to have it all together.  Everyone knows the way to good health is through a balanced diet and exercise, right?  But here’s the thing, your wellness journey is your own and the messaging we've  received around our bodies and what we eat may drive insecurities on our unique paths to so-called “perfection.”

But what if we choose to simply do our best when it comes to our health?  Doing your best means, possibly committing 15 minutes to exercise on Monday and 60 minutes on Wednesday and that’s okay! No matter the excuses, 15 minutes is better than nothing.    Beginning somewhere is better than not beginning at all and one small step can lead to your progress over time.   Maybe your best, is substituting some of the ingredients in your meals in order to get the nutrients your body needs to feel well and whole.   When changing your habits it is better to start small with the things you know that you can commit to rather than attempting some extreme change that can almost feel like a punishment for choosing a healthy lifestyle.  Doing your best opposed to aiming for perfection is sustainable, healthy, and more fulfilling than beating yourself up or settling for less than what you’re seeking.
